Decision: A member of a lodge having stated in his petition for the degrees that he had not before applied for initiation, when in fact he had been rejected in another State, should be tried for unmasonic conduct, in that he has knowingly and wilfully deceived the lodge.

Decision: The Master of a lodge cannot supersede a Warden by appointing a Deputy to preside over the lodge in the Master's absence: such power is only in the Grand Master or Grand Lodge.
